William R. Voss, President and CEO, Flight Safety Foundation
Mr Voss is a former Director of the Air Navigation Bureau at ICAO credited with development of several major safety initiatives and global safety plans. Prior to this, Mr Voss spent 23 years with the FAA in air traffic management and control and oversaw the modernisation of terminal air traffic control capabilities.

Captain Mary McMillan, Vice President, CSSI Inc
Captain McMillan has over 12,000 hours flight time and more than 25 years experience as a pilot. Captain McMillan represents the interests of 7,500 United Airlines pilots and holds the position of Safety Coordinator for the Association of STAR Alliance Pilots (ASAP). She also worked as Acting Director of Flight Safety and as Flight Operations Duty Manager.

Gerald F "Fred" Pease Jr, Executive Director, Department of Defence Policy Board on Federal Aviation
In his current role, Mr Pease is responsible for policy guidance and oversight of Air Force air, space, cyber and weather operations. Mr Pease held several executive positions including assignments to the US Embassy in Paris and the NATO Military Committee in Brussels. He served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Basing and Infrastructure Analysis where he planned and directed the 2005 Air Force base Realignment and Closure process.
